A Rate Is Just the Zero-Frequency Part of a Spectrum

Every gravitational-collapse model predicts the same decoherence rate, so measuring it cannot tell them apart. But a rate is one number read off a whole spectrum — and the rest of that spectrum has a knee that only one mechanism puts there.
